Much of the available advice on the subject is not helpful. Many organisations struggle to identify and define their processes, never mind to manage how they interact.
They need a better understanding of the underlying concepts - and a more sophisticated approach than drawing a few flowcharts using "drag-and-drop" and "words in boxes" software.
